What is Stremify?
Stremify is a live shopping platform that helps you turn your e-commerce store into an interactive live streaming experience. It allows you to showcase your products with beautiful overlays during live streams on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch. Customers can see product information, prices, and discounts in real-time while watching your stream.
How does Stremify work?

Stremify works by connecting your existing product feed (like Google Shopping or Facebook Catalog feed) to our streaming platform. The process is simple:

  1. Add your existing product feed URL to Stremify
  2. Create a campaign and choose a theme for your product overlays
  3. Configure your products, collections, and discounts
  4. Get your stream key from your chosen platform (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Twitch)
  5. Start streaming!

During your live stream, product information, prices, and discounts are automatically displayed as overlays. You can broadcast to multiple platforms simultaneously, and all product data syncs automatically from your feed.

Do I need technical skills to use Stremify?

No! Stremify is designed to be easy to use. You can set up your first live shopping experience in just a few minutes:

  1. Add your existing product feed URL
  2. Choose a theme (either a predesigned one or create your own)
  3. Create a campaign with your products and discounts
  4. Get your stream key from your chosen platform
  5. Start streaming!

The platform handles all the technical aspects automatically - from product syncing to overlay generation.

Pricing & Credits

How do credits work?
Credits are used to power your live streaming sessions. Each credit equals 1 minute of streaming time. When you start a live stream, credits are automatically deducted from your balance based on how long your stream runs. For example, a 30-minute stream will use 10 credits.
Do I get free credits when I sign up?
Yes! All new accounts receive 50 free credits when you sign up. This gives you 50 minutes of streaming time to test out Stremify and see how it works. No credit card required to get started.
How are credits deducted during a stream?
Credits are deducted automatically every minute while your stream is running. The deduction happens in real-time based on your stream duration. If you run out of credits during a stream, the stream will automatically stop. You can purchase more credits at any time to continue streaming.
What happens if I run out of credits during a stream?
If your credit balance runs out during an active stream, the stream will automatically stop. To continue streaming, simply purchase more credits from your dashboard. Your stream data and progress are saved, so you can restart once you have sufficient credits.
Do credits expire?
No, your credits never expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account until you use them for streaming. You can accumulate credits over time and use them whenever you need to go live.
Can I buy credits in bulk?
Yes! We offer credit packages with increasing discounts for larger purchases. The more credits you buy, the better value you get. Check our pricing page to see the available packages and their discounted rates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Enterprise customers can arrange invoicing.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, absolutely. We use Stripe, a leading payment processor, to handle all transactions securely. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers. All payment data is encrypted and processed according to PCI DSS compliance standards.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
We don't offer refunds for purchased credits, but your credits never expire, so you can use them at any time. If you have specific circumstances you'd like to discuss, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to help.

Product Feeds

Do I need to create a new product feed for Stremify?
No! You don't need to create a new feed. Stremify works with your existing product feeds from platforms like Google Shopping (Google Merchant Center), Facebook Catalog, or any RSS/XML/JSON feed that your e-commerce platform already generates. Simply add the URL of your existing feed, and Stremify will automatically sync your products, prices, and inventory. Your products stay up to date automatically as your feed updates.
How do product feeds sync automatically?
Once you add your product feed URL to Stremify, the system automatically syncs your products, prices, inventory, and images on a regular schedule. Products are updated automatically whenever your feed changes - so when you update prices, add new products, or change inventory in your e-commerce platform, those changes automatically appear in Stremify. No manual updates needed! You can also trigger a manual sync anytime from your feed dashboard.

Products & Collections

Can I organize products into groups or collections?
Yes! You can create product collections (also called product groups) to organize your products any way you want. Collections let you group related products together - for example, "Summer Collection", "Sale Items", or "Featured Products". When creating a campaign, you can choose to display products from a specific collection, making it easy to showcase curated product sets during your live streams.
Can I add extra discounts to products during a stream?

Yes! Stremify allows you to apply extra discounts on top of your existing product prices. You can set conditions for when the extra discount applies:

  • All products - Apply discount to everything
  • Price greater than - Only products above a certain price
  • Price lower than - Only products below a certain price
  • Non-discounted products - Only products without existing discounts
  • Selected products - Choose specific products manually

The extra discount is automatically calculated and displayed during your live stream, showing customers the special promotional pricing in real-time.

Streaming Platforms

Which streaming platforms does Stremify support?
Stremify supports all major live streaming platforms including YouTube Live, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, TikTok Live, and Twitch. You can stream to multiple platforms simultaneously, and your product overlays will work seamlessly across all of them. Each platform requires its own stream key, which you can obtain from each platform's settings.
How do I get my stream key for YouTube?

To get your YouTube stream key:

  1. Go to YouTube Studio (studio.youtube.com)
  2. Click on "Go Live" in the left menu
  3. Select "Stream" tab
  4. If this is your first stream, YouTube will enable live streaming for your channel (may take up to 24 hours)
  5. Once enabled, you'll see your stream key under "Stream settings" - copy this key
  6. Paste it into Stremify when starting your stream

Important: Keep your stream key private and never share it publicly.

How do I get my stream key for Facebook?

To get your Facebook stream key:

  1. Go to Facebook Live Producer (facebook.com/live/producer)
  2. Click on "Go Live" or create a new live video post
  3. Select "Use Stream Key" option
  4. Facebook will display your stream key and server URL - copy the stream key
  5. Paste this key into Stremify when starting your stream

Note: You need to have a Facebook Page (not just a personal profile) to stream live. Keep your stream key private and secure.

How do I get my stream key for Instagram?

To get your Instagram stream key:

  1. Make sure you have an Instagram Business or Creator account (personal accounts cannot stream via RTMP)
  2. Go to Instagram Creator Studio (facebook.com/creatorstudio)
  3. Connect your Instagram account if not already connected
  4. Click on "Create Post" → "Live Video"
  5. Instagram will display your stream key - copy this key
  6. Paste it into Stremify when starting your stream

Note: Instagram requires you to have at least 1,000 followers to use RTMP streaming. Keep your stream key private.

How do I get my stream key for TikTok?

To get your TikTok stream key:

  1. Open the TikTok app on your mobile device
  2. Tap the "+" icon to create content
  3. Swipe to "Live" option
  4. If you haven't streamed before, TikTok will ask you to enable live streaming (requires at least 1,000 followers)
  5. Once enabled, tap on "Settings" or "Live Settings" in the live streaming screen
  6. Look for "Stream Key" or "RTMP URL" option - copy your stream key
  7. Paste it into Stremify when starting your stream

Important: Keep your stream key secure and private.

How do I get my stream key for Twitch?

To get your Twitch stream key:

  1. Log in to your Twitch account
  2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner
  3. Go to "Creator Dashboard"
  4. In the left menu, click on "Settings" → "Stream"
  5. Under "Stream Key & Preferences", you'll see your "Primary Stream Key" - click "Show" to reveal it
  6. Copy the stream key (it will be a long alphanumeric string)
  7. Paste it into Stremify when starting your stream

Important: Never share your stream key publicly. If you accidentally expose it, regenerate it immediately in Twitch settings.

What happens to my stream if my internet connection drops?
Nothing happens to your stream! Stremify handles all the streaming infrastructure, so your stream continues uninterrupted even if your local internet connection drops. The stream is powered by Stremify's platform, not your personal connection, ensuring reliable and stable streaming to your audience.

How do I contact support?
You can reach our support team through the contact form on our website, or email us directly. We typically respond within 24 hours during business days. For urgent issues related to active streams, please mention that in your message for priority handling.

Themes & Customization

Can I use predesigned themes or create my own?
Yes, both options are available! Stremify comes with a collection of predesigned public themes that you can use right away - no design skills needed. These themes are professionally designed and optimized for live shopping streams. If you want more customization, you can also create your own custom themes with full control over colors, fonts, layouts, and product display styles. You can even make your custom themes public for others to use, or keep them private for your brand only.
