Credits are used to power your live streaming sessions. Each credit equals 1 minute of streaming time. When you start a live stream, credits are automatically deducted from your balance based on how long your stream runs. For example, a 30-minute stream will use 10 credits.

Do I get free credits when I sign up?

Yes! All new accounts receive 50 free credits when you sign up. This gives you 50 minutes of streaming time to test out Stremify and see how it works. No credit card required to get started.

How are credits deducted during a stream?

Credits are deducted automatically every minute while your stream is running. The deduction happens in real-time based on your stream duration. If you run out of credits during a stream, the stream will automatically stop. You can purchase more credits at any time to continue streaming.

What happens if I run out of credits during a stream?

If your credit balance runs out during an active stream, the stream will automatically stop. To continue streaming, simply purchase more credits from your dashboard. Your stream data and progress are saved, so you can restart once you have sufficient credits.

Do credits expire?

No, your credits never expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account until you use them for streaming. You can accumulate credits over time and use them whenever you need to go live.

Can I buy credits in bulk?

What payment methods do you accept?
